Casamigos Spicy Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita

Spice things up with this fiery iteration of a classic with our spicy jalapeño and cucumber margarita recipe. Featuring Casamigos Blanco Tequila and lime juice with a little jalapeño and cucumber, this simple serve packs in a punch.

Ingredients

How many serves?

2 units of alcohol per serve

  • 50mlCasamigos Blanco Tequila

  • 25mlFresh lime juice

  • 7mlSugar syrup

  • Two cucumber slices

  • One jalapeño slice

  • To garnish: Cucumber wheel and jalapeño slice

Equipment

  • 1 x Small rocks glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Muddler

Method

  • Pour

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml of Casamigos Blanca Tequila and combine with all other ingredients in a shaker. Gently muddle the cucumber and jalapeño.

  • Mix

    Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.

    Strain the drink with a cocktail strainer into a small rocks glass.

  • Garnish

    Add fresh ice to the glass and garnish with a cucumber wheel and a jalapeño slice

  • Grab a bite

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
